Group
Bookings
The hotel is available for booking by groups who organise events such as
Golf Weekends, Shooting Parties, Fishing Clubs, Family Reunions and Small
Conferences.
Special Terms would normally start with a minimum of 8 to 10 rooms and for
a minimum of two nights and as an indicative rate we would offer.
Bed and Breakfast Standard Rooms £65.00 per person per night or
£80.00 per double room per night
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Standard Rooms £92.50 per person per
night or £135.00 per double room per night
Subject to availability at the time of confirmed bookings other rooms
subject to separate confirmation.
Shooting Parties
Shooting Parties ~ Tariff 2006-2007 Season
Bed & Breakfast All Rooms £65.00 per person per night or £80.00
per double room
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast All Rooms £92.50 per person per night or
£135.00 per double room
Subject to availability at the time of confirmed bookings
£180.00 double occupancy.
All our prices include your choice of breakfast and VAT at the current
rate.
Terms & Conditions

Bookings to be confirmed by valid Credit/Debit Card or fully paid deposit.

Bookings not guaranteed by a valid Credit/Debit Card will not be
considered as confirmed bookings and will only be treated as provisional.

Cancellation of bookings made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will be
accepted without charge.

Cancellation of bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be
charged at 50% of the full value of the booking.

Payment will be accepted on all major Credit/Debit Cards or fully paid
deposit.

Dinner is a three course meal including coffee but excluding all other
drinks

We have an extensive wine list of over 200 wines with a good selection of
fine and interesting wines.

Customers bringing their own wines will a charged corkage at £10 per 75cl
bottle and £15 per magnum.

Lost property will always be returned. Small parcels will be charged at
£7.50 and medium parcels at £12.50.

Dogs are welcome in the Coach House rooms and are charged at £7.50 per
dog.

Guns and rods and accessories are the sole responsibility of their owners.
We take no responsibility for their safe keeping or licensing.
Reservations

Arrival & Departure
Rooms are generally ready for check in from 1.00pm. Guests are requested
to vacate their rooms by 11.00am.
Please note that whilst it is unlikely that the above tariff will need to
be amended during the stated dates we reserve the right to amend same,
without notice, should this be necessary.
