The following Bed & Breakfast rates are based on two people sharing. For single occupancy Bed & Breakfast rates please phone us on the number above.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates are based on two people sharing, therefore, in the case of single occupancy the guest will only be charged the cost of dining for one person. Therefore the discount will be £27.50 per night.

Terms & Conditions
 

  • Bookings to be confirmed by valid Credit/Debit Card or fully paid deposit.

  • Bookings not guaranteed by a valid Credit/Debit Card will not be considered as confirmed bookings and will only be treated as provisional.

  • Cancellation of bookings made on an individual basis will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged at the full quoted rate.

  • Payment will be accepted on all major Credit/Debit Cards or with cash. We are reluctant to accept cheques.

    Reservations

    Arrival & Departure
    Rooms are generally ready for check in from 1.00pm. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am.

    Weddings & Parties
    Facilities are available for up to 50 guests.

    Dogs
    We welcome dogs at £7.50 per night and offer the Coach House rooms. Dogs are permitted during the daytime in the snug bar but are not allowed in other public areas or the restaurant. We have an adjacent paddock for you to exercise your pet, but would request that dogs are kept on a lead in the garden.

    Please note that whilst it is unlikely that the above tariff will need to be amended during the stated dates we reserve the right to amend same, without notice, should this be necessary.
